October 1st is our birthday here at Russell Feed and Supply. Believe it or not, we are 15 years old! Check out our e-newsletter or the Star-Telegram for a 15% off coupon. Just a hint: the e-newsletter coupon has a longer expiration date! You can also claim our “15% Off” offer by following Russell Feed and Supply on Facebook. A big thank you for all your support over the last 15 years, we could not have done it without you!

October 11th is our Senior Horse Owner’s Workshop at the Benbrook Store. Bruce always has a packed house with lots of fun and interesting information. Learn how to feed your senior horse more affordably in this economy and manage your pastures organically with pesticides, herbicides, and fertilizer.

October 20th is our 3rd annual “Pink Out at the Rodeo” at the Historic Cowtown Coliseum.  We are happy to announce our new partnership with the Careity Foundation. This group primarily focuses on the early detection of breast cancer in Tarrant and Parker County through their “Cowgirl Up” initiative. Stop by any of our stores to purchase a Pink Out Rodeo shirt and you receive a “buy one get one free coupon” to the rodeo.  Russell Feed & Supply is also donating $.50 for every Purina Equine Senior, Strategy, Goat Chow, Rabbit Chow, Layena Pellets, and Layena Granules bag sold in the month of October to the Careity Foundation. Check out Careity’s website for more information.

October 26th-28th, the Red Steagall Cowboy Gathering comes to town at the Cowtown Coliseum. They have an excellent ranch rodeo. I may have a few extra tickets, let me know if you would like to go and I will try to hook you up.  These will go fast, you snooze your loose! You can reach me at krussell57fish@aol.com

Hope to see you at some of our October events!
