Spring is here and so are the weeds. As I drive around the area I see Dandelion, Henbit, Spurge, Clover and more. All these pesky weeds can be controlled by using a 2-4-D product. We suggest Hi-Yield Weed Free Zone, Weed-Out Lawn Weed Killer, Weed-Out Plus Lawn Fertilizer to control and kill weeds.

Now is the time is to start your vegetable garden. Tomatoes, peppers, squash and more can be planted now. Check your local Russell Feed and Supply store for a garden planting guide.

Fleas are going to be a problem this year. Start now with a good flea and tick control such as Talstar spray or granules. Apply now to get a jump on flea and ticks. Use Frontline on your pets every month to protect them from fleas.

If you live in Haltom City check out the Community Gardens. The gardens are planned out and space is being made ready for you.
