It’s time for Spring and Summer Pressure Canning! Our next canning class is scheduled for Sunday, May 15th and starts at 1:00 p.m. Class size is limited to 15 people, and there is a nominal fee of $15 per person to cover canning supplies. Participants receive a $10 coupon on canning supplies and you’ll go home with a jar of red onions and honey! Use our online sign-up form below.
