Russell Feed is a proud sponsor of the Equine Trail Challenge, hosted by the Surmounters of Texas, on Friday and Saturday, December 18th and 19th, 2015. This fun and exciting annual event supports the equine therapy programs of Surmounters, Inc., a 501 (c)(3) organization which serves Veterans challenged with PTSD and other mental health issues.
This year’s Equine Trail Challenge takes place at Fort Worth’s Will Rogers Coliseum on Friday, December 18th from 6 to 8 pm and Saturday, December 19th starting at 9 am and continuing until competition is completed. All vendor and participant spaces are full but the community is encouraged to come out and watch the competition and enjoy the fun! Competitions will feature trail in-hand, English and Western trail riding, 2 and 4 wheel obstacle driving as well as other fun events. Youth, Adults and a special Veterans challenge are part of the scheduled competitions.
Come out and cheer on the horses and riding participants and, most importantly, support our Veterans!
